People come to your website for a solution. But, they are only looking at that point. Build a short quiz and ask what their specific needs are. At the end of the quiz you present your solution to their need. In addition you collect their name, email and phone number to continue marketing to them.
Instead of forcing your prospective customer to contact you for a sales pitch, give them an estimate of the service you offer. That way they have an idea of what to expect. At the very least you will have collected their email, name and phone number to contact at a later date.
